Frequently Asked Questions
Are ScanSuite tools free?
Most tools on this page are free to use in your browser with no account—hashing, encoding, DNS lookup, JWT debugging, calculators, and similar utilities. Port scanning, subdomain discovery and PCAP analysis also have free public tiers with usage limits. Premium product scanners (for example Nikto, MobSF and the virtual terminal) need a ScanSuite account and plan.
Do the tools send my data to your servers?
Many run entirely in your browser: hash generator and identifier, encoder/decoder, JWT debugger, password and QR generators, chmod and timestamp converters, CSP/SRI/headers builders, URL parser and robots.txt generator. Others call our APIs: what-is-my-IP, port scanner, subdomain finder and packet analyzer. Prefer client-side tools for secrets; strip sensitive traffic before uploading captures.
Do I need an account?
No account is required for the free interactive tools listed on this hub. Creating an account unlocks premium scanners, longer port/subdomain ranges, saved workspaces and the online Linux virtual terminal.
